Complete renovation of the commercial ground floor to accommodate a dental clinic at the cutting edge of technology. The outdated façade was completely demolished and rebuilt with the objective of rehabilitating components similar to the original building. The semi-commercial building is better integrated into Saint-Denis Street’s urban fabric, while highlighting the clinic’s presence on the ground floor.
