Outremont

Major transformation of a single-family home into two separate condo units in Outremont, Montreal. The building was expanded in order to increase its floor surface area as well as to provide it with a separate second entrance. This addition was conceptualized with sensitivity to and respect for the building’s overall appearance and original features (cornices, masonry details, galleries, and windows).
