Le Ruisseau medical complex

New 24,000 ft² commercial building dedicated to health services. The building’s trapezoid shape was determined by the narrowness of the plot of land. The building is inserted into a developing sector and the choice of materials as well as the colour palate blend well with the new neighbouring commercial buildings. The stairwell utilized by the three floors is fully enclosed by glass and encourages users to take the stairs instead of the elevator. A façade that is almost entirely made up of windows allows the rental units to benefit from a lovely view of a small forest as well as a stream.
