Marie Leneuf Pavillion, construction of the pavillion and renovation of the existing residence for autonomous seniors, comprising 82 units of 1 ½, 3 ½, and 4 ½ rooms, recreation rooms, and underground parking garage; renovation of the reception and administration offices; in Trois-Rivières (Québec).

Les Jardins Laviolette – Phase 4
Construction of the pavillion corresponding to phase 4 of this residential complex for autonomous seniors, comprising 85 units of 3 ½, 4 ½, and 5 ½ rooms, recreation rooms, outside terrace, and underground parking garage, in Trois-Rivières (Québec).

Le Édouard-Laurin
A building comprising 12 units of 3 ½ and 4 ½ rooms with mezzanizes, roof terraces, elevator, and parking garage in
Saint-Laurent (Québec).

Domaine des trembles – Phase 1
Residence for autonomous seniors comprising 239 units of
1 ½, 3 ½, 4 ½, and 5 ½ rooms, common areas, indoor pool, commercial dining room, and underground parking garage in Gatineau (Québec).

Manoir St-Jérôme – Phase 5
Construction of the pavillion corresponding to phase 5 of this residential complex for autonomous seniors, comprising 146 units of 3 ½ and 4 ½ rooms, recreation rooms, outside terrace, and underground parking garage, in St-Jérôme (Québec).

Les condos Amherst/Ontario
Building comprising 8 units of 3 ½ and 4 ½ rooms with mezannines, underground parking garage, and roof terraces in Montréal (Québec).  Project based on an innovative design from Atelier Build. 

Manoir Pointe-aux-trembles
Construction of the pavillion corresponding to phase 3 of this residential complex for autonomous seniors, as well as the renovation of the reception and food preparation areas.
The pavillion comprises 79 units of 3 ½ and 4 ½ rooms,
dining room and kitchen, indoor pool, recreation rooms, and underground parking garage, in Montréal (Québec).

Upper Edison Village
Construction of six row houses with garage, in Saint-Lambert (Québec).

Éco-Cité
Construction of an ecological building comprising 8 units of
4 ½ rooms with mezzanines and roof terraces, radiant geothermal heating, in Montréal (Québec).  

Le Château Cornwall
Residence for autonomous seniors comprising 120 apartments, 1 ½, 2 ½, and 3 ½ rental units, recreation rooms, and underground parking garage, in Cornwall (Ontario).

King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre
Residential complex of this general hospital in Jeddah
(Saudi Arabia).
