Rental Housing Units in Sherbrooke
Phase 1 of this new development project consisting in two 22-unit upscale
apartments in Sherbrooke, Québec is now proceeding. Designed following
the Novoclimat standard, the buildings are inspired by the anglo-american
architecture characterizing the Eastern Townships.
Le Messier - Condominium Units
This resolutely modern looking building comprises new condominium units
with large fenestration and generous balconies, in HoMa, a most desirable
sector of town (Hochelaga Maisonneuve). The building is in itself a study
in the architectural integration to the typical built-environment of the
area.
Laboratoire Orthopédique Saint-Laurent in Montréal
Laboratoire Orthopédique Saint-Laurent will soon move into its newly
renovated offices at 1435 Du Collège. The project consisted in the
complete renovation of an existing building for the administrative offices,
fabrication workshop and showroom.
